Swishing to the Next Season

And they’re off! After weeks of conditioning, our boys are out to dominate the court, hosting several tournament games their first week of the season and going against the Falcons of O’Farrell Charter School in the Battle of the Birds. In the following weeks, they have gone against West Valley and Horizon Prep having yet to face even more opponents. A lot of goals are expected from this season including making it to CIFs.

However, our boys’ basketball have some strong rivals this year. Sophomore Elijah Abril gives insight that, “It has been a tough season especially without the whole team available but once we find our rhythm we will be a good team.” Despite their challenges, our boys are pushing forward and finding their stride. The next thing you know, they will be taking the competition by storm!
